This little application is a very useless one. It just shows the Macintosh CPU usage. However, if you have ever seen those X-Window users showing off their nifty little CPU usage windows, you now can blast them away with CPU-View. Because, this one uses textures! Ha!
Note that CPU-View only runs on Macintoshes which support Color QuickDraw or it will show a dialog and quit. I haven’t compiled a 68K version yet. It will come!

Checkbox for vertical titlebar now dimmed if window frame option is not checked.

About Memory...
The size of the window which CPU-View displays is dependent on the available memory. The larger the partition of memory reserved for CPU-View the larger the window can become.
CPU-View checks possible memory changes with each adjustment ( larger font, etc ) and reports if memory gets low. If this happens, go to the Finder and change CPU-Views preferred size with Get Info. Sometimes memory may get tight (like when you use large pixel patterns) such that CPU-View will not acknowledge your wishes. Don't worry, just change the amount of memory with Get Info.
CPU-View is completely free!!!

I have tested this applications on several PowerPCs. It works fine. However, if something went wrong ( your Mac explodes in yer face; jumps outta window; smashes your glasses; vivisects your pet ), I am not responsible. You are allowed to sent flame mails, scolding at me and saying ugly things, but do not forget to report the bug. I'll laugh in response and check CPU-View. If I found the problem, I'll sent you an update accompanied by a friendly note.
CPU-View is a system friendly application and therefore should not crash any other programs. If it did, I am still not responsible but your Mac is. Blame him!
You are free to distribute it ( via Bulletin Boards, InterNet archives, usergroups or by giving it away to friends, your mum, the neighbour, or by throwing it out the window, in the bus, etc..) as long as it is accompanied by this read me file.
